A cozy/hyggelig Scandinavian-inspired café in the heart of Tarpon Springs built from family, passion & a love for good food.

Henriette & her dad, Erich, moved to Tarpon Springs in 2015 with a dream of creating a warm and welcoming place where people could gather over quality food & coffee. In early 2017, that dream became Copenhagen Cafe. 

What started as a small family vision has grown into a local favorite, known for our homemade sourdough bread and famous Greek Avocado Toast. We focus on quality ingredients, fresh flavors, and creating food that feels both comforting and memorable.

From organic spring mix salads and handcrafted espresso drinks to gluten free and vegan favorites, we believe there should be something for everyone to enjoy. Whether you’re stopping in for a quick latte, an all-day brunch, or dessert with friends, we’re grateful to be part of your day.
